2024 South Australian Tourism Awards finalists have been announced, revealing a line-up of exceptional businesses representing the pinnacle of the state’s thriving tourism industry. This year’s awards highlight not just excellence, but also the resilience and innovation of operators who continue to set the standard in tourism.
“The Tourism Awards is a wonderful opportunity for tourism operators from across the state to come together to recognise business excellence and collectively celebrate industry success,” said Shaun de Bruyn, CEO of the Tourism Industry Council South Australia (TiCSA). “South Australian tourism businesses are incredibly hardworking and passionate. We are a state of exceptional experiences delivered by exceptional people to visitors from around the world. There are 93 finalists in this year’s awards, and I look forward to seeing the winners revealed at our gala dinner in November.”
With over 26 categories, the awards continue to be the benchmark of excellence in South Australian tourism, recognising businesses that excel in areas such as Major Tourist Attractions, Ecotourism, and Accessible Tourism. The awards will culminate in tourism’s night of nights – a Gala Dinner at the great Adelaide Oval on 1 November 2024.
Voting for the People’s Choice Awards is now open, allowing the public to take part in this celebration of excellence by supporting their favourite tourism experiences. The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner, where industry leaders will gather for a night of recognition.
