Quality Tourism Accreditation & Sustainable Tourism Accreditation
Quality Tourism Accredited Business (QTAB) is a program that certifies tourism businesses across Australia have met specific quality assurance criteria and standards.
The QTAB program provides businesses with the necessary tools and resources to assist in creating and updating business policies, plans and procedures to ensure ongoing sustainability and best practices.
Becoming Quality Tourism Accredited shows that a business is professional, ethical and reliable, and committed to delivering excellent experiences and customer service.
Quality Tourism Accreditation also includes access to the Sustainable Tourism Accreditation module, where businesses can utilise learning tools and resources to develop and demonstrate sound sustainability practices.
