Over the past couple of weeks, we have been pleased to hold joint operator sessions with the SATC, ATEC, and local RTOs Fleurieu Peninsula Tourism, Barossa Australia and Adelaide Hills Tourism. We shared valuable insights into the support and resources on offer at different stages on your business development journey. We are in discussion with SATC about rolling these sessions out to other regions over the coming months, so watch this space!
I have also had the opportunity to visit several regions where operators are reporting low levels of business activity. Ongoing and emerging challenges such as rising costs and interest rate hikes are hitting both businesses and consumers hard.
