TiCSA host multiple workshops across SA, webinars on a range of topics and programs to help you work on and develop your business operations and activity. You can view our full events calendar here.

Participate in the Quality Tourism Accredited Business Program

The Quality Tourism Accredited Business (QTAB) program is a national business development program with the Quality Tourism Framework. Becoming Quality Tourism Accredited shows that your business meets specific quality assurance criteria and that you are committed to delivering excellent experiences and customer service to visitors.

All TiCSA members receive complimentary access to this program, a great business development tool with ongoing support provided and also a pathway to the SA Tourism Awards Program.

 

 

If you achieve Quality Tourism Accreditation, you also gain access to a free ReviewPro account, an online reputation management system, valued at over $1500, that collates your online reviews from over 175 sites into an easy-to-use dashboard.

Nominate for the South Australian Tourism Awards

The South Australian Tourism Awards celebrate and acknowledge tourism businesses that have demonstrated outstanding achievements and success throughout the year. Nominations are open to South Australian businesses and organisations across the tourism industry for 26 categories. Your entry includes a written submission, a site verification visit, and a consumer rating score.

TiCSA members receive a discounted nomination fee and ticket prices to the SA Tourism Awards Gala Dinner, tourism’s night of nights!

Inform our advocacy activity

As the peak tourism industry body for SA, TiCSA is committed to advocating to Government on behalf of our members and wider industry. Our advocacy efforts include our thought leadership events including our Leadership Luncheons and annual SA Tourism Summit, our quarterly Tourism Barometer Survey and regular correspondence with Government and key stakeholders.

Our membership prices are based on the number of full-time employees within your business.

From $322.73 + GST

This TiCSA membership level is tailored for both emerging and established tourism businesses with up to 50 FTE employees. 

Members at this level benefit from TiCSA’s advocacy efforts, access to essential business development tools, training, and workshops, as well as opportunities to expand their networks at state and regional levels.

From $1,505.77 + GST

This level of TiCSA membership is designed for established tourism businesses and tourism stakeholder organisations, with over 50 FTE employees.  

Through membership you will receive access to essential business development tools and be represented through TiCSA’s advocacy work. Additionally, you will gain access to exclusive networking events and will have the opportunity to communicate your business and services through TiCSA social media, e-communications, and events.

To be Negotiated 

This level of TiCSA membership is designed for established tourism businesses that are paving the way across SA’s tourism industry. At this level, you will receive priority access to TiCSA communications, programs and training, and networking functions.
