SERVICEIQ WORKSHOPS

The ServiceIQ Smarter Business Workshop Program helps raise the standards, productivity and quality of South Australian tourism businesses throughout the state, whilst improving visitor satisfaction, length of stay and spend.

Each year a new series of three-hour workshops are delivered ‘face-to-face’ in region around the state. They are highly interactive, hands on and conducted in a small intimate group setting of up to 30 people that are tailored and run by professional facilitators.

They aim to deliver tangible outcomes – learnt today and implemented tomorrow.

Workshops are supported by one-on-one business coaching sessions that identify strategic actions to grow businesses.

“Thank you so much for yesterday. I really enjoyed meeting (and learning) from you. The session was incredibly informative and extremely practical. Your advice & guidance will assist us in taking our business to the next level.” – Lyn Finch, doi’s Ocean Front Apartments, Streaky Bay

Both TiCSA Members and Non-Members can attend the workshops. Member discounts apply.

TiCSA Members can login and download useful tools from ServiceIQ Workshops to apply in their tourism businesses.

“The ServiceIQ Workshops have provided an invaluable training resource for the operators in our region – targeted specifically to key skill and knowledge gaps. The quality of the training has been excellent, and we anticipate seeing the long-term benefits of this training into the future.”Cathy Wills, Tourism Barossa

The program is jointly funded by TiCSA and the Government of South Australia through the South Australian Tourism Commission.
