The start of 2019 has brought about some exciting changes, including the launch of our re-branding and new website.
A core focus for our team over the past six months has been on refreshing the former SATIC brand to better position ourselves as leaders within the tourism community.
Still the voice of tourism, but now with a new look and feel, we see the change to TiCSA (Tourism Industry Council South Australia) as an opportunity to effectively distinguish ourselves within the market and avoid the common confusion with the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC).
The re-branding is also a chance for us to more strategically represent our purpose, which is to lead and develop South Australia’s tourism industry.
Designed with our members top of mind, the TiCSA website is a user-friendly platform, showcasing majestic imagery of our members across South Australia.
On here you will find a range of industry resources, news and tools, as well as access to ServiceIQ training and events which aim to facilitate business growth.
We have been thrilled with the fantastic feedback received since our launch and have no doubt that these changes will only continue to bring about positive outcomes for the industry.

2019 also represents a significant milestone for TiCSA as it marks our tenth year as your peak body for tourism in South Australia.
